Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jiliggg website at jiliggg.net, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you ("the Player," "you," "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and jiliggg ("we," "us," "our," "the Operator").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jiliggg platform. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms as of the effective date of the update.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the jiliggg platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jiliggg employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing jiliggg is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or are under guardianship may not register or use the platform.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on the jiliggg platform or on any other PAGCOR-regulated platform. Attempting to register or access the platform while subject to a self-exclusion constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not a jiliggg Employee: Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of jiliggg and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform.

jiliggg reserves the right to request documentary verification of any eligibility requirement at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on jiliggg, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• One Account Only: Each individual person may hold only one registered account on the jiliggg platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected as belonging to the same individual — whether by shared device, shared IP address, shared payment method, or matching personal details — all associated accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. jiliggg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You must notify jiliggg support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your jiliggg account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise made available to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.

KYC and Identity Verification

jiliggg is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. The following KYC provisions apply to all player accounts:

• Mandatory Verification: You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed. jiliggg may also request verification at any point during your use of the platform, including before processing deposits above certain thresholds.
• Accepted Documents: Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Postal ID, or driver's license. Documents must be government-issued, unexpired, and clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: jiliggg may request a recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming your residential address. The document must be dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: You may be required to provide evidence of ownership of the payment method used to fund your account, such as a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered name.
• Source of Funds: For high-volume accounts or where required by PAGCOR guidelines, jiliggg may request documentation establishing the legitimate source of funds deposited on the platform.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jiliggg will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed. jiliggg will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals attributable to incomplete KYC documentation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the jiliggg platform:

Deposits: Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in the jiliggg cashier at the time of the transaction, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. jiliggg does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within one (1) business hour under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

• jiliggg reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests at any time.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the jiliggg player account.
• jiliggg reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Dormant account fees may apply to accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months. Details of applicable dormancy fees are published in the jiliggg FAQ.

Bonuses and Promotions

jiliggg offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all jiliggg bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the point of offer. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live table games, baccarat, and roulette may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. Contribution rates for each game type are listed in the bonus terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be wagered within the validity period stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses that are not fully wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account along with any associated bonus-derived balance.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Requesting a second bonus while one is active will result in the existing bonus being cancelled.
• Bonus Abuse: jiliggg reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-variance strategies to complete wagering, coordination with other players, or exploitation of a technical error in the bonus system.
• Eligibility: jiliggg reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who are suspected of professional gambling or systematic bonus exploitation may be restricted from promotional offers.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games, live dealer games, slots, bingo, and sports betting markets available on jiliggg are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published on the platform:

• RNG Certification: All non-live casino games on jiliggg use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure genuine randomness and verifiable fairness. Payout percentages (Return to Player / RTP) for each slot title are published by the relevant game provider.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers under their own game-specific rules. jiliggg facilitates access to these games but does not control the individual game mechanics. Disputes arising from live dealer game outcomes should be raised with jiliggg support, who will liaise with the provider.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or abandonment of an event, bets will be settled in accordance with jiliggg's sports betting rules published in the FAQ.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a game or platform malfunction, jiliggg reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account. jiliggg will not be liable for losses attributable to technical failures outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the records held by jiliggg's system will be considered definitive unless a clear error can be demonstrated. All disputes must be raised within fourteen (14) days of the game in question.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliggg platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tool to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Collusion with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other game format.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any player who discovers a vulnerability must report it to jiliggg support immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Arbitrage betting, matched betting using jiliggg bonuses in combination with external platforms, or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee a profit from promotional offers.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML reporting thresholds, or any other use of the platform for unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or documentation during the registration or KYC process.
• Creating or operating multiple player accounts (multi-accounting), whether under your own name or under the name of another person.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior directed at jiliggg staff, live dealer hosts, or other players on the platform.

Responsible Gaming

jiliggg is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment consistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and six months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the jiliggg platform may do so by contacting jiliggg support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum period selected and will be honoured across all jiliggg products. Players under self-exclusion may not access their account, deposit, or wager for the duration of the exclusion period.

jiliggg strongly encourages any player who believes their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others to make use of the available responsible gaming tools and to seek professional support. Gambling is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Play responsibly and within your financial means at all times.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliggg platform — including but not limited to the jiliggg brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiliggg or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiliggg platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jiliggg content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the jiliggg platform.
• Use the jiliggg brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any commercial context without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the jiliggg platform.

Any unauthorized use of jiliggg's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliggg's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

jiliggg shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the jiliggg platform, including betting tips, odds, or game strategy content.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or events outside jiliggg's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude jiliggg's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

Account Suspension and Termination

jiliggg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Multi-accounting or use of the platform by a person under the age of 21.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from the player's payment provider.
• Direction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

In the event of account closure for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Balances attributable to bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be returned.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting jiliggg support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. You remain responsible for any wagers placed before the closure is processed.

Privacy and Data Protection

jiliggg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a jiliggg account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include the following:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used for account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention.
• Transaction data is retained for the period required by applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation.
• jiliggg does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Requests should be submitted to [email protected].

Amendments to These Terms

jiliggg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, jiliggg will provide notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at jiliggg.net/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated whenever the Terms are revised. Your continued use of the jiliggg platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jiliggg, you are encouraged to contact jiliggg support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. jiliggg will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

Players who believe that jiliggg has acted in breach of PAGCOR regulations may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
